The Kwinana Technology Business Centre (KTBC) commenced operating in May 2004. This magnificent facility conceived and designed specifically for businesses specialising in Information Technology and Communications (IT&C) is a state of the art complex to assist new and existing IT&C businesses. The building was officially opened by Senator, The Hon Chris Ellison, Minister for Justice and Customs and the Mayor of the Town of Kwinana, John Slinger on February 19, 2004. The opening ceremony was attended by key stakeholders and supporters of KTBC along with state and regional dignitaries. .
